I've only had positive experiences with Reading Smiles. The staff are incredibly friendly. My appointments all happen on time. The facilities are clean. And I recently had a filling which is normally torture, but they made it incredibly painless and and and efficient so I'm glad to be one of their clients and will happily go there for not only routine dental work but I'm looking at getting implants there as well.

I’m so glad I found Reading Smiles! I was in a lot of pain and the lovely reception team managed to fit me in for a same day emergency appointment. Dr Sham was really kind and took the time to explain everything clearly, so I knew exactly what was going on and what my options were. Everyone made me feel really comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Dr Philo is so lovely and welcoming, also always asked if I was ok during treatment (teeth fillings) and also (hygienist appointment) highly recommend seeing Dr Philo at Reading smiles! Will definitely be booking him in for my future treatments.

I’ve dealt with a number of the team here throughout my journey so far, including Dr Sami Chabani for my Invisalign, Dr Sonam Sherpa for an extraction, Dr Francisco Amorim and Dr Philo Menon, and I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of everyone. I’ve never been to a dental practice where I’ve felt so comfortable and at ease. Every dentist, nurse and member of the front-of-house team I’ve met has been absolutely fantastic. Imogen, my treatment coordinator, has been so helpful and lovely throughout, and Mario never fails to put a smile on your face when you come in! I especially want to thank Dr Sonam. He had the rather unpleasant job of doing an extraction that I was really not looking forward to, but he did absolutely everything he could to make the experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. He was so reassuring and personable throughout that it genuinely felt like having a friend there with me, which made such a difference during something I had been dreading. Dr Philo is equally wonderful, incredibly gentle, kind and just such a lovely person. He makes you feel completely at ease and genuinely cared for. Dr Francisco has also been fantastic, and the same goes for every nurse and member of staff I’ve encountered along the way. I’m still at the beginning of my Invisalign journey with Dr Sami but my experience with him so far has been great. He has been clear, reassuring and professional throughout the process, and I’m really looking forward to the upcoming appointments, starting treatment and eventually seeing the results! There really seems to be such a lovely atmosphere amongst the entire team. Dental treatment can be nerve-racking at the best of times, but everyone here has managed to make my experiences genuinely positive. I feel very lucky to have found a practice where I feel so comfortable and well looked after. A massive thank you to the whole team, you’re all amazing!

Dr Mo was incredible from start to finish; he is clearly very qualified and highly skilled at composite bonding, which I had on the top teeth. He is very friendly, takes time to provide an individualised service and is meticulous with detail. He took time in the consultation to listen and advise, provided me with the best set of white top teeth and three in a complimentary mouth guard and whitening pack. I am delighted with the results and cannot stop smiling! Thank you so much, I would recommend him to everyone! Photos of before, during and after!

I had Invisalign treatment with Dr Krupesh, he was extremely helpful every step of the way to get the desired outcome I wanted. Highly recommend, thank you.

I had composite bonding done with Dr Yousif and he and the clinic couldn’t have done a better job. The care and attention to detail he showed really put me at ease, adding in the small details that really make the result look natural. I also really appreciate Imogen for coordinating the treatment and answering all my questions :)

I have recently joined the practice and have been seeing Ajay, all of my treatments so far have been seamless and I could not recommend him enough!

Commented on the wonderful treatments previously but would like to mention the reception staff. Having been a manager for John Lewis then a major airline for 40 years, I recognised and acknowledge great service. The reception team are amazing with knowledge understanding and patience, they really add to the Reading smiles experience and I hope they are recognised and valued by the organisation. Having transferred my customer from a practice which I have used for 20 years, they make it a joyful transition. Since joining Reading smiles, I have recommended many friends to join me. I recently had two crowns fitted at Reading Smiles by Dr Yousif Alwandi. He clearly explained why the crowns were needed and what to expect during the procedure. The area was thoroughly numbed before tooth preparation, and I felt no discomfort during the work. My permanent crowns feel comfortable and natural, and I’m very pleased with the result. I’ve been a patient at Reading Smiles for three years and find the entire team is friendly, efficient, and consistently provides excellent care.

5 star and continued excellent service provided by Dr Philo and Dr Sonam and his team. Fully met my expectations. Service was transparent, clear and concise. Professional consultancy performance carried out from checking in at reception, on time, hygiene, dental, advice and future appointment all meeting the requirements. After MANY years of not going to the dentist due to a fear of them, then having to undergo chemo for breast cancer, I found myself forced to go to the dentist. Dr Pritesh and his team at Reading smiles made me feel less worried and talked me through all treatment. His knowledge of what was needed in regards to my current treatment made me feel confident in his judgement. I can only thank him and his team for their patience.

Dr. Menon Philo - The most amazing dentist ever I went in today as my tooth filling had come off and it was causing me a great deal of pain and sensitivity. Dr Philo saw me and he is one of the most amazing dentists and human beings I have ever met. He gave me a full hour for a 10 min emergency appointment at no extra charge. He extensively went through the reason why I was in pain, did the scans, and put a new filling in place. The relief and the satisfaction was beyond measure and all I can say is THANK YOU and may you be the most successful dentist ever! His gentle manner and the way he checked on me to ensure I felt safe and comfortable is beyond measure!

The team at Reading Smiles is amazing. From the moment I stepped in, they have treated me well, listened to me and always made sure I was fully informed on my treatment options. From the dentist (shout out to Dr. Ajay and the nurses), the hygienist and all the lovely ladies at reception, they are all incredible people. I’ve recently moved to Reading and did a lot of research on dentists and I am so pleased I picked Smile! I first spoke to Amelia who was exceptionally professional, understanding and answered all my questions. All the receptionists have been so well trained - so polite and kind and welcoming from the minute you walk into the surgery. Now let's talk about the treatments. I had my check-up with Dr Francisco and he didn't rush (like some dentists do), he cares - he focused on me, made sure I was comfortable, explained everything he was doing and gave me some excellent advice and options. I have never felt so happy visiting a dentist. I then today, had my hygienist appointment with Miss Eniko - such a lovely lady. She tried everything to make the experience comfortable, stopped when I twitched and I'm very happy with how my teeth look now. To top it up, just rang the receptionist now and spoke to lovely Amelia again. Took her less than a minute to answer my call and an invoice fell into my inbox at lightning speed. What more can one wish for! I have now persuaded my husband to join Smile and after watching their videos in the main reception and seeing the kindness but also the exceptional calibre of the staff, I am contemplating bringing my mum here and she lives in High Wycombe! but I would do it just for the excellent care and service that Smile would give her...... Thankyou to the Smile Team. I'm grateful.

I visited this morning for the first time for an implant consultation. Dr Sherpa Sonam was very friendly, made me less nervous, and of course gave me valuable advice. Although an implant would be a little bit costy for me at the moment, Dr Sherpa suggested alternative treatments to improve my situation of my teeth. I am looking forward to the treatment coming up.

I had an amazing experience with Reading smile. The dentist and the whole team is so approachable and friendly. Always available for any concerns and very flexible.I am glad I get myself checked here.
